VRISHAAKAPIH: Lord Himself says in scriptures: “Since Kapi has a meaning ‘boar’, and since Vrisha has the meaning of ‘Dharma’, the great Kashyapa Prajapathi says ‘I am Vrishaakapih’. Kapi also means ‘that which saves one from drowning’. The Lord in the form of Great Boar (Varaaha), had lifted the world (Bhu) from the waters at the end of the deluge. The Lord Vrishaakapih is the one who lifts the world drowned in Adharma to the brightness of Dharma age after age.

One who is the nature of time itself is Ahah, the Supreme Lord. 12-hour day-time means: Day time always refers to light. He is the one, ever effulgent and bright. The daylight illumines everything around. Similarly, the light of the Lord illumines our mind and our thoughts.
